Laurent Bertino

Research Director at the Nansen Environmental and Remote Sensing Center (NERSC) - NORWAY

Laurent Bertino is an expert of data assimilation, in particular using ensemble methods, and is interested in the Arctic Ocean, including the sea ice and the marine biogeochemistry. He is representing the Norwegian contribution to OceanPredict with the TOPAZ system and has been a member of its various task teams since 2003.
