Chris has been involved with OceanPredict (and previously GODAE OceanView) since 2014, for most of this time acting as one of the co-chairs of the Coupled Prediction Task Team.  His main interests are in operational coupled atmosphere-ocean prediction, and at the UK Met Office he has been leading the development of coupled systems to deliver both operational ocean forecast products (to the Copernicus Marine Service) and, in the near future, global weather forecast information.
